Step 2 of the process (see How It Works) is a free call to talk it through, then a meeting if we both want one. Nothing is charged, and nothing is owed, at this stage. The Working Diagnosis is only billed if you choose to book it.
The Working Diagnosis is a paid consultation based on your real working day and habits. You receive a written report covering what's actually costing you time and one specific automation opportunity, plus one small, ready-to-use AI tool or prompt built for you on the spot. The report and the small tool are yours to keep, whether or not you engage further work.
Refund mechanic: if you go on to engage my services, the £199 is credited off your first invoice. This is a credit against future work, not a separate cash refund, and applies only if you proceed to further work with me.
Payment for the Working Diagnosis is arranged directly by bank transfer once it's booked - details given to you personally, not published on this site.
The Working Diagnosis is the plan - an assessment and report specific to your business, plus one small pre-built tool as a working example. It does not include implementation or execution of the main recommendation. Any further work is scoped and agreed separately.
Anything beyond the diagnosis - including ongoing consulting - is scoped and agreed with you directly before any work begins or any invoice is raised.
I provide advice and services in good faith, based on the information you give me. Recommendations are specific to what you've shared and aren't a guarantee of any particular business outcome.
You can read the site and the free course without creating an account or giving me your email. The writing, examples, and course are mine. Don't copy them and sell them as your own. A short quote with a link back is fine.
This is a service for businesses, not a consumer product. Booking a Working Diagnosis is a business-to-business agreement.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
These terms may be updated as the business grows - including when it moves from sole trader to a limited company. Any material change will be reflected here with an updated date.
