£199 buys the Working Diagnosis - the plan for your version of this.
Building and running it starts from £399/month.

Every deadline season it's the same thing - you're not doing the actual work, you're chasing five people for a bank statement or a signed form they promised you weeks ago.

An agent can keep track of what's outstanding, notice a deadline creeping up, and have the chase ready to go - without you having to remember whose paperwork is missing this week.

It never sends anything itself. That's not a limitation - see why below.

Phase 1 - the agent tracks and drafts

Step 1

Track what's outstanding

A simple list per client - what's needed, what's arrived.

Step 2

Watch the deadline

Flags what's close and still missing.

Step 3

Draft the chase

A polite reminder, ready to send - not sent.

1. Track what's outstanding. A per-client checklist of what's needed - receipts, statements, a signed form - and what's actually arrived.

2. Watch the deadline. As a deadline gets close, the agent flags anyone still missing something, before it becomes a last-minute scramble.

3. Draft the chase. For each one, it drafts a short, polite reminder - not sent, just ready.

Phase 2 - you decide who hears from you, and how

Step 4

You check the queue

Every drafted reminder, in one place.

Step 5

One approval sends it

Approve, and the reminder goes out as written or edited.

Step 6

Awkward ones wait for you

A client who's gone quiet, or needs a call not an email - never guessed.

4. You check the queue. Every drafted reminder sits in one place for a glance, not a hunt.

5. One approval sends it. Approve as-is, edit the wording, or bin it - nothing goes out until you say so.

6. Awkward ones wait for you. A client who's gone quiet for weeks, or one who clearly needs a phone call instead of another email - the agent doesn't guess, it leaves it for you.

Why nothing sends itself

Client relationships are personal, not procedural. Getting the tone wrong once - a reminder that reads as nagging, or landing in someone's inbox at the wrong moment - costs more goodwill than the time saved. The agent does the remembering and the drafting; you're still the one who decides what actually gets said.

Worth saying plainly: this is shown as a simple version. The same pattern can be built simple or pushed a lot further - more sources it watches, more it can draft, more it checks before handing back to you - depending on what your business actually needs.

What the £199 buys, and what it doesn't

The Working Diagnosis buys the plan for your version of this - not the build itself. The report is yours to keep either way. If we go further, the £199 is credited off the first invoice.

If chasing paperwork is eating more time than it should, send a note. I reply myself, usually within a working day. We'll work out whether this is worth doing for your business. Happy to talk after 6pm or at a weekend if that works better - within reason, I'll fit round you.
